Brian Boyd

Boyd, Ph.D. is Director of the Juniper Gardens Children’s Project and Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas. His research interests focus on the development and evaluation of evidence-based, behavioral interventions for children with ASD, and understanding the impact of restricted, repetitive behaviors on the ability of these children to participate in their environment. Dr. Boyd has published extensively on interventions that are feasible for clinicians and caregivers to implement and effective at improving children’s outcomes. Various federal agencies, including the Institute of Education Sciences and the National Institutes of Health, have funded his research.
